About Me

I am Darjan Tamang, also known as Ajay Tamang, a passionate and multifaceted professional from Nepal with a diverse journey across journalism, entrepreneurship, youth leadership, and the creative arts. My career path reflects a deep commitment to communication, innovation, and creating meaningful impact in society.

My professional journey began in the field of health science, where I completed my academic studies with a focus on general medicine. However, over time, I discovered my true passion in media, storytelling, and public engagement. This realization led me to transition into journalism, where I found my voice and purpose. Over the years, I have worked with several reputed radio stations and digital media platforms, gaining extensive experience as a Radio Jockey, Reporter, Sub-Editor, Desk Editor, and Editor. Through these roles, I have developed strong communication skills, critical thinking abilities, and a deep understanding of national and international issues.

Beyond my work in journalism, I have always been driven by a desire to contribute to society and empower the younger generation. This passion led me to establish Changeable Club Nepal, where I serve as Founder and President, working towards social transformation and youth empowerment. I am also the Founder and General Secretary of the Global Youth Parliament, an initiative aimed at encouraging youth participation in leadership, governance, and global dialogue. Currently, I serve as the Country Director for Nepal at the World Diplomacy Forum, where I actively engage in international cooperation and contribute to discussions on global diplomacy and leadership.

In addition to my involvement in media and social initiatives, I have built a strong presence in the business world. I am the Founder and Managing Director of Project Media Pvt. Ltd., where I focus on media innovation and strategic growth. I am also the Founder and CEO of IvaZz Documents Clearing LLC, based in Dubai, where I lead operations and business development. My professional experience further extends to roles such as Marketing Manager, CEO, and Manager in the tourism and technology sectors. These experiences have equipped me with valuable skills in leadership, strategic planning, operations, and team management.

Alongside my professional and entrepreneurial journey, I am deeply connected to the creative arts. Under the name Ajay Tamang, I actively contribute to the Nepali music industry as a lyricist, composer, and singer. Music has always been a powerful medium for me to express emotions, tell stories, and connect with people. I have worked across various genres, including patriotic, modern, romantic, motivational, and pop music, reflecting both my versatility and passion for creativity.

My journey so far has been shaped by continuous learning, adaptability, and a strong vision to create positive change. I believe in the power of media, leadership, and innovation to transform communities and build meaningful connections across borders. I am committed to using my skills and experiences to empower individuals, promote youth leadership, and contribute to global dialogue.
